Dobra jakość za rozsądną cenę
Dobra jakość w tej klasie cenowej.
Hotel byłby nawet wart polecenia, gdyby zupełny brak kompetencji obsługi hotelu. Problemy z odnalezieniem rezerwacji, brak możliwości otrzymania faktury, odwoływanie się do ciągle nieobecnej szefowej i ogólne zagubienie pracowników dostajemy w standardzie.

Godny polecenia
Po przyjezdzie do hotelu mile przyjecie w recepcji, dano mi mozliwosc wyboru pokoju z wanna lub prysznicem. Moje dodatkowe prosby zostaly uwzglednione i otrzymalem pokoj malzenski z wielkim lozkiem. Po dwoch dniach nie zauwazylem zadnych uchybien i z pelna odpowiedzialnoscia polecam ten hotel gdyz jest czysty, bardzo cichy i bardzo przytulny. Po przyjezdzie do hotelu mile przyjecie w recepcji, dano mi mozliwosc wyboru pokoju z wanna lub prysznicem. Moje dodatkowe prosby zostaly uwzglednione i otrzymalem pokoj malzenski z wielkim lozkiem. Horrible noise !!!!
Sometimes I think, that hotel make a special policy to deter customers ??
They have installed a bird deterrent system in front of building.
This terrible sound was played 24 hours with 10 till 15 minutes break.
I changed my room after 1 hour.

Dobra lokalizacja, parking na miejscu, bardzo miła obsługa. Do tego pozostawione przeze mnie materiały dydaktyczne odesłano niezwłocznie pocztą. Serdecznie dziękuję.

not everything perfect
1) when I arrived, the receptionist sent me to the hotel next door (for whatever reasons) - there I showed my printed reservation, and I had to go back. He apologized, but I wonder what made him send me away...
2) the hairdryer was out of order, so I had to go downstairs to the reception to get a substitute - two ladies there had a lot to do do hand out the invoices to other customers, I guess that's why they asked ME to get down to get the hairdryer. good value but
Hotel is overall good value for money but needs improvement with regards to internet service, it was poor, almost no signal ,in the room and although for free the service is not up to date.
