Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni
Z żoną spędziliśmy co prawda tylko jedną noc, ale po tym jednym razie możemy ocenić, że obsługa jest pomocna i bardzo miła, nastawiona na klienta i na to aby pomóc potrafi dostosować regulamin do wygody zatrzymujących się. Jako ewentualny minus zaliczyłby opłaty dodatkowe, a może nawet bardziej brak ich podania na stronie internetowej, chociaż są one opcjonalne i nie trzeba z nich korzystać. To jednak 65zł od osoby za śniadanie, gdzie ja jadam płatki z mlekiem to zdecydowanie mogłoby ulec modyfikacji. Hotel is OK
English language speaking of personal at reception is (partly) very poor! For a hotel with international guests I expect that people understand me if I have a problem. Problems with heating in the room. Reaction time of houseward is very slow. The rooms on the back site are quiet, i had a good sleep. general information about my accomodation
The Hotel was awesome and i was so happy while stay there,the wifi connection must develope more but this is not important problem.Your staff was so friendly and smiley faces,thanks for all.I will stay at your hotel when i be there in Poland.

I didn't get my money's worth
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my last stay. Although the staff is very helpful (Piotr and Monika) as usual, the standard of rooms and services are worse and worse.
- The internet signal was very poor (other guests mentioned the same but there is nothing done about it)
- very, very dirty windows (room 423)
- holes in the table (probably remainders of the previous TV set) - ugly view. Why couldn't they be sealed? (rooms 307 and 423)
- worn out armchairs and lamp shades (very ugly view)
- strange smell in the bathroom (room 423)
- not enough towels (only big ones)
- poor room service: I asked for the bucket with ice to chill th wine which I got from my friends. Room service was very surprised and didn't want to bring, Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my last stay. unhappy
My stay was aweful. I lived there for 5 days. Internet on 5th floor was not properly working for 2 days. The IT support was close to zero, some young guy who promised to call back but never did. They even did not have a wire for internet connection. Afterall they had to move me to another room closer to reception where the signal would be stronger. That room was not which i ordered. It was twin bedroom not 1 double.
Then the room was very cold and I asked for heating to be turned on. They promise to do it first, but then afte calling and asking 2 more times they said it was not possible. so i had to freeze for the rest of the stay.
There were missing towels and shampoons on the first day. The window was broken. taxi order did not work. My stay was aweful. I lived there for 5 days. 10 minutes walk away from Central Station,

Rezeption brauchte sehr lange für Checkout, 20 Minuten Warteschlange!
Hotelzimmer war morgens sehr laut, Straßenlärm
Zimmer und Flur sind schlecht belüftet, riechen muffig
Hotelpreis und Preise an der Bar sind viel zu hoch

Good value for money
My second stay at this hotel. I like it for both location and price. Had some problems with the Wifi on my floor, but could change room the other day. The staff is a bit up and down, you have great people working there, but unfortunately also unfriendly, unhelpful people. My special thanks to Monika, who is a real example of how reception should be (hope her collegues will learn something from her!) Good breakfast and also there you need to be lucky with the staff, very friendly woman, but the guy that was working on Sunday morning would better have stayed in bed instead of trying to ruin the customers mood.
